Kinshasa, capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo, is a city of 15 million inhabitants in full development. Unfortunately, thousands of children, orphans, rejected by their family or simply forced by their parents, sleep in the streets and live from begging, petty crimes or even prostitution.


The association MALAIKA L'ANGE DE LA RUE, created in 2016, has opened since March 2023 a reception house in the commune of Ndjili for orphans from the streets of Kinshasa in order to get children off the streets and offer them a real home.
